Karactakus has been lurking on the periphery of the Stop Out roster for sometime and his first single release, ‘Broken’ signals his inception in the most minimal and yet murkiest of fashions. It’s an edgy, tense début that could characterise the kids on the corner like vibe of any inner UK city whilst maintaining a ‘what’s out there’ like aesthetic by combining descending synth stabs and feral drum loops. We’re looking forward to more from the young jump up enigma that is, Karactakus.
